Ohhhhhhh hello!
I hope you had a fantastic weekend my lovelies. I know I sure did, a combination of sleep ins, fancy dinners, cocktails, friends, pub lunches and sunshine saw to that!
So I have again forayed into the world of videos and now produce my second video!
This time I thought I would share my goals for the month of November ( yep, I'm getting in a little early!), I hope you enjoy.

ReplyDeleteMy main goal for November is to not stress about uni/prac. November is going to be HECTIC for me, so I'm just aiming to stay relatively relaxed.
I've heard a lot of good things about 30 day shred. I might have to see if I can track down the DVD and give it a go. xxx
Aw so cute! I have the 30 day shred dvd and always find it's something I go back to when I want to change things up a bit, Jillian is amazing. Also, I quit sugar in July (only a few slip-ups since) and it has made my life a whole lot better, good luck :) x
